  • — Knowledge of the following languages: Farsi and Armenian (fluent); English (as an advantage)
  • — Experience as a secretary or office manager at least 2 year
  • — Highest level of education


  • — Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone
  • — Receiving and sorting daily mail
  • — Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • — Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • — Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • — Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
